Is there a way to remove ads? Can’t see anything and the support page goes to a static page

You can purchase the "Remove Ads" service to enjoy a no-ads game by clicking on the "Store" tab in the app. It is a one-time purchase product and is for removing the Banner Ads at the bottom of the game page and the Pop-up Ads during the gameplay. But videos rewarded with bonuses or hints cannot be deleted. After clicking the purchasing icon, you will see a half-page with the price on it. If you do not authorize the payment, just checking the price won't charge you, no worries. Hopefully, our answer helps. I am in Fantasy Forest and for the last few levels, 9 times out of 10 when the program wants you to view an ad, the screen comes up white with a black line across the bottom. It just stays like that. I have to close the program and go back in and start over. This until
Now has been the best game I’ve ever played but is really starting to tick me off big time. And yes I have rebooted many times and it makes no difference whatsoever .

However, when you have ads popping up every minute, it makes your game a poor choice. In a game like this where you have to search out objects, it makes the game frustrating to play. So, I’ve deleted it and you get a poor review. I hope you think the ads are worth it. People download and purchase based on reviews. You lose.

The game is loading blank screens, when it should be an ad, and you have no way to close the blank screen. I’ve rebooted my phone numerous times, etc., I have even deleted the game and then downloaded and the game still doesn’t play properly

Thanks for your support. :-) - NancyWas a good fun game, however it now always gets stuck on an ad that repeats itself, the only way to get off it is to force off the app, which results in going back in the game and having to find items again frustratingly. Also seen that someone else had issues with this, and the developers said you can skip the ad after 5 seconds, which doesn’t work. Have tried deleting the app, updating and restarting etc but still not working.

Cependant, j’ai malheureusement du payer pour ne plus avoir de pub à toutes les minutes. Je trouve cela très dommage.
