Piece of garbage
The app doesn’t work. You’re not able to create an account. Bought this off of TikTok Shop and I can’t believe people sponsor items that don’t work. It’s going in the trash because it’s past the return window.

Got picture frame as a gift. I was so excited to set it up but it does not allow you to create an account which is the main way to put pictures on the frame.

Will not connect to app
The app is showing network fail and will not connect. I was really excited about this picture frame , but you have to add the pictures through the app and it does not work. Will have to return.
Broken
App doesn’t work, code doesn’t work, kept receiving an error message, network doesn’t work, in the app. Very disappointing. Returning electronic picture frame
