  • Great booking system

    I’ve been using Picktime for about five years now and I love how easy it is to use unlike some other booking systems. My clients also like it. BUT there are three things I wish were different:
    - I wish it would show you first available date to book. Currently you are forced to click on each date individually, and it’s annoying for both me AND clients.
    - I wish there was a “build your own package” option when listing services. Currently you are forced to manually list every feasible combination of services and clients must choose from a looooonnngg menu.
    - I wish there was an option to require a client to put credit card on file.

  • Multiple resource viewing needed

    Quite good, but would like to be able to see multiple resources on one page, rather than just one resource for multiple days or one day.

    But great there is an app.

    Really good booking app, offer variety of services, excellent service.

  • Notifications are Annoying

    There appears to be no way to change what notifications get sent by the app. So the only options I have are allow notifications or don’t allow notifications. As the admin for my team, I get notified whenever _anything_ happens, for any team member, at any time.

    It’s annoying. Otherwise, the app is okay

  • I love this app!

    I am absolutely overjoyed to have discovered that you have an app - and pleasantly surprised to find it so navigable and functional.

    My only suggestion is ease of using the calendar to add time blocks or appointments:
    1) I'd like to be able to tap on the calendar and that initiate the modal with date and time chosen
    2) when choosing the date in the modal, either give me a calendar popup or at least let me see day of week.

    1 of them would be great - both even better!

    So happy with this, thanks devs!!!

  • Room for improvement

    I used this US based start-up scheduling app for my small business, for about one year. I was only after something very basic and easy to use for my customers. At the time of review, Picktime very much feels like a beta app (I’m sure it will continue to improve). I cannot recommend their paid version(s) at present, simply because there are better products in the market at competitive price points.

  • Stay away! Zero Stars if I could.

    Tried this and it's very limited in functionality and the app freezes up constantly. I cancelled during the trial since I could not make it work properly. I was nonetheless charged 3 months in a row after cancelling. I tried to contact support and they were unresponsive. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. This is one of those scams that make it easy to start the "free trial" but make it nearly impossible to cancel.

  • I really want this app to be good!

    Excited for this app, but still a long way to go before I can really use it. Number one thing is when you click on the appointment you should be able to click on the client to see their address, notes, etc. Even better, you could click on the address and be taken to your maps app. I’ll keep waiting for this app to improve!
