When I had recently discovered Big Heart Trivia, I thought to myself, this game really has big potential, but for me, it really turned out to be all Smoke and Mirrors.
The Big Heart Trivia Team have all been great in acknowleging me at first, but then I discovered several things which I did not like:
1) There are too many grammatical errors/incorrect information in the Trivia questions. (They have a Trivia Database of 250,000 Trivia questions)
I have addressed several of the trivia errors and was told that the staff was actively working on fixing them (The trivia questions should have already been looked at from the beginning and all errors fixed).
There were many obscure or complex Trivia questions to answer in a short amount of time (It just seemed that the Trivia questions were all Hit or Miss). Also, The trivia button said Easy Trivia, but there were many questions I have encountered that did not qualify as easy.
2) The Photo Trivia did not work at all for me (I followed all the correct steps), but was told that the issue was being investigated futher.
3) Although the Big Trivia staff said that they really liked my suggestions and feedback, they were going to stick with the game format as is, which is fine. I totally understand that they cannot change certain things.
I just felt that there should be more value into the gaming experience; players are offered 3 Free Game plays a day, but if you miss a Trivia question, you are out of that game. You still have 2 more chances. Playing 3 games can last in less than a minute (Especially when encountering complex or incorrect Trivia questions) They you have the option of playing 2 more additional games by purchasing Hearts.
Overall I can see that playing this Trivia game is great for helping out various Non- Profit Organizations, but not when there are many game glitches and Trivia errors.
I was asked what rating I would have given to this trivia game (Originally I said a 7/10, but then I said much lower).
I have no doubt that many of the Trivia players enjoy playing this trivia game, and Kudos to them (But for myself, having game glitches and many Trivia question errors is not acceptable to me).
I will probably be labeled as problematic or disgruntled for speaking out against these issues, but I have nothing to hide.
The only good thing going for this game is that all proceeds go towards the Non-Profit organizations (I have decided to delete my Gaming account and to give my money to these Non-Profit organizations- I do not regret this one bit).
I was told that this Non-profit Trivia game was not meant for the Traditional trivia player, but was meant to be played in a relaxed and short manner.
I am sure that there will be other Trivia players voicing their concerns as well in time.
I did wish the Big Trivia Team the best of luck with their game; sorry it was not the right fit for me.

The trivia is all fun, especially the photo mode. However, I can’t get the payment methods to work so I’m unable to withdraw my winnings. Whenever I try to connect my bank account, I’m met with an error message telling me to try again. This is true for every bank. Would be 5 starts if this issue is fixed!liamur64
