Best app
Love this app. It makes purchasing so easy. I like having everything stored natively on my phone.
ADD SIZE CHARTS ON APP!!!
I’m an iPhone user, not sure if that matters. But when using the app, no size charts load when viewing dresses. So I have to use web browser to look at size charts for any dresses I’m interested in. Kind of backwards to have to use the web browser for that if I want to use the app to browse and buy dresses. The app is fine with everything else it’s literally just that. If they fixed the size chart issue, it would be perfect. Maybe instead of just a link, they could add a photo of each size chart to the pics if the link is an issue?

Needs A-LOT of improvement
The app looks nice and all, but you don’t get access to all the things that are on the website. Like, for example, there’s no way to find support, you can’t access or manage your addresses and some of the dresses that you see on Instagram don’t show up in the app.
For instance, I saw a dress on Instagram and I went to my account on the website to favored it or add it to my wish list. I go to the app and I don’t see it anywhere. I guess the website and the app don’t link up. It’s hard for me to say this, but this app needs a lot of improvement. The app in the website need to be synonymous and not for just placing orders.
Also, I saw that there was supposed to be some rewards program, but that’s not mentioned at all in the app. I found out about it, once again, through the website.
It’s one thing to have a great product, but what’s the point of having an app if it’s nothing like the website? I’m hoping this is just a beta test for the app and it really improves from here on. Still love the dresses though; just pretty disappointed.

So excited!
I love Jessakae! I own many of their dresses, so I’m excited to see they have an app now! But I will say the app could use improvement. I’d love a way to save my size or something like that to auto filter for dresses available in my size. There currently isn’t a way to filter by size at all. I’d also love to be able just view all dresses, you have to select a specific category. I’m really excited to have an app, but I do wonder if I’ll find myself still going to the website to search through dresses so that I can see all the dresses in stock in my size.
