Don’t Spend Money play Crazy Hospital instead

I download this game for the ASMR mini games. When you beat a level, you get very little diamonds to use towards upgrades to your hospital I spent money.(like a fool) to get enough diamonds to upgrade my bed to make it self. Little did I know that diamond upgrades don’t transfer over to new hospitals. So each hospital you have to upgrade automatic bedmaking, which is 1000 diamonds do you know how long it takes to earn 1000 diamonds on this game? Well, I don’t either but it’s not given enough diamonds. I emailed the developers and they advised each hospital Hess to be upgraded every time you beat a level. Diamonds should be an upgrade that continues through each hospital money you can earn easily, but you don’t earn diamonds easy. Not happy with this game. It will be deleted ASAP.

Horrible customer service and error in the game

I have completed up to half of Cairo, which is the newest area of the game. Having said, I encountered a problem during the last level of Rio de Janeiro, which is the one before, where I was 100 coins away from passing the level even with max revenue in every item. The doctors were all level 13 or 12 using coins and diamond I bought with cash. I shouldn’t have to pay extra 50 diamond to pass a level. That is a flaw in the game. When I contacted customer service with the entire game recorded in a video, the first reply was “your coins are not enough” DUHHHH not only was this frustrating, it defeats the whole purpose of me sending a 5 min long video to prove as evidence. Then the next reply told me to pay 50 diamonds. I’m writing here as I ran into the same problem half way through Cairo so that the game engineers know that there is an inherent problem that has to be fixed. I am okay paying extra to upgrade doctors and equipment but that should be enough for me to pass a level (obviously assuming that I’m doing everything correctly) and there should be better customer service than this.

Classic Ad Game

Like you can assume, this game is nothing like the ads. The first few pictures on the page with popping pimples and stuff doesn’t feature in the game. It’s not a bad game but there’s a clear point where level difficulty suddenly hikes up and you get a very minimal amount of money if you fail a level, so then you can’t progress with finding a different way *cough real money cough* to get upgrades so you can continue playing properly.

Ads and icon are revolting

The ads and icon for this game are so nauseating and off-putting (stones and worms being pulled out of body parts, etc) that I downloaded the game just to leave this review. Why have ads that are so stomach-turning it makes a person not want to play the game at all?

I can’t bring myself to click on the disgusting icon and see if the game is different, and will be hiding this in purchases so I don’t see it in the future. Ugh.

Disappointed

This is a cute, fun and addictive game for the phone.
However, I am disappointed with it and will delete it. I have paid over $60 for upgrades and it’s still nowhere near enough for me to continue playing. I can buy the new Zelda game for my Switch for not much more and that’s a much much more complex game with everything included.
Also, all the advertising shows it as a game where you clean out ears and it’s not like that at all (it’s better).
I’m happy to pay for a game, but this one is just mean.

Frustrated

I recently started playing this game and soon realized I needed to invest some money into it if I wanted to move ahead at anything but a snails pace, which was fine, and I did. I soon won my first tournament and was rewarded with the top prize. Moving on to the next level I added more money and played through almost the entire level and also won that tournament. When there was about 4 min left on the tournament and I was ahead by a great deal,.. I had to go about life and when I came back the icon was gone and I received zero coins or diamonds. There was just no icon or notification nothing. I reached out via the in game customer service and after waiting awhile they responded basically with non helpful information like “wait until it’s over” even though it was already long finished. Then they said “thanks for the feedback” and they’d let me know if they hear anything that helps in the future. Unbelievable. So needless to say will not be playing this came anymore. I have no issue paying, but when the game robs you of what’s won. And doesn’t make right, it’s not worth playing. .

Update in response to developer response. I did contact you in the game and nothing happened like stated above, they just said thanks for feed back .

Nothing like the ads. But it is pretty cool
Just a little bit hard coz they don’t give you alot of money to pay for the upgrades you need for the levels.. its like they want you to pay it with real money

Nice game, but could be better

I like this game, in that, what you ACTUALLY end playing is fairly fun. But, it’s not what you think you’re going to play when you download it. The game ads and also pictures for the game make you think you’re playing as a skin doctor and that you’ll be getting rid of blemishes and such. So far, I’ve only seen a mini game that you can play that’s sort of like what you thought you’d be playing, but that was only after quite awhile playing the game. I hate the constant false advertising like this!! I think you should stop trying to get people to play by false advertising. Why not just advertise what it is and say that there are mini games where you get to clear up blemishes?? The game itself is good enough so nothing to be ashamed of there, why not just be honest??

False advertising and you have to pay to play

The ads for the game, make it look like you’ll be doing tons of different procedures which catches your eye. However, when you start playing, there’s only one procedure in the beginning and then you’re just playing as the nurse doing all of the tasks with no other procedures the game starts out really easy and then when you get to the second world, it’s hard to pass the levels without paying for upgrades, and you will continuously fail. The ads for this game are extremely misleading and the game itself is a trap to get you to spend money to win. Not worth it if you don’t want to spend your money and if you wants to play the game based on the ads you see for it.

Play if you like to watch ads

Really like the game, but it’s not set up for game play, just a lot of ad watching. In other games, they usually give you daily rewards. You can actually play a game without a limit. And you’re actually given resources to be able to continue playing the game if stuck.. then, if you want extra rewards, you can elect for ad watching.

This game puts a limit on your game play, you get 5 attempts then have to watch ads for additional attempts. You aren’t given anything.. you have to watch 8 ads to get the daily rewards, which doesn’t even amount to half of an upgrade. Every single thing you do requires an ad. I get it, that’s how they make money. But when you overdo it & structure your whole game around ads, nobody’s going to hold interest in your game anymore.. unfortunate.
