Hello Ivanna! Is there any error description (something about video dimension) and did you have enough free space to store the video? If you didn't made any other video records with xZoom after that, you have some chances to recover it. It's a bit tricky but we may try that. Hello, The app has In-App Purchases options, but generally it goes free and you can use as long as you want with no charge. The 20× digital zoom open for all cameras, manual focus, expose control, camera access, and other stuff... goes for free and won't be changed at this moment. If you activated Trial (Month Pro) - it has 7 days for trial period for intro. Pro account cuts all zoom limits and gives you an access to all available video formats for your cameras. When we reach the 100k downloads we will cut the prices. Thank you, Sir, for your warm words and we wish to have a good day!

Hello, sorry for delay. Thanks. Let me try to explain why it happens. This happens because your Photo lib doesn’t support such a big video format dimension (4032x3024). This format mostly designed for making photos. When you see such kind of dialog, you should specify the location where to store this file in your file system (for example iCloud storage). If you don’t specify, the file will be overwritten by the next file. The latest iPhones works well with this dimension and stores video records directly to Photos library. To avoid this kind of problem, please use 4K preset or any lower size from the Presets list (top left corner). If you want to have an option store the files which unsupported by Photos locally in the app you can reach me out in Twitter and we will discusses this feature for the future release.
