Please help me solve the problem that sometimes I can't connect to the country. The previous version was good, but the next two versions are not working

The app will “open” and appear on the dock but there is no window to be found which makes it impossible to run.
no server appear
I can’t connect vpn bcoz there’s no server appear in app. plz fix this error hurry and it’s so long for happening this issue.
Critical issue
Servers are not appearing. They are just blank. It happens in this update and very troublesome for us premium users.

Wish it worked
The amount of times I tap to connect and NOTHING happens is crazy!! Seems like it would be a great app…if it worked….which is only about 40% of the time.
