Supra Player

Supra is committed to creating player-centred programming, solutions, and experiences that helps soccer players reach their full potential. The Supra Player is an App created specifically for individual players registered with Supra Soccer Academy. The app is intended for players and coaches to share information to assist with the development of the players. How does it work for the player? Players are encouraged to submit the following information on a daily basis: Wellness Fatigue Stress Levels Sleep Quality Mood Muscle Soreness Nutrition Daily Activities Performance Metrics (Goals, Assists, SOG…etc.) Once inputted, coaches will be able to review the data through the Supra Coaching app. All information provided to the coach is private and will only be shared with the coach via the Supra Coaching app account. By providing this information, coaches can better assess the player and provide tailored instructions, programming, and feedback about the player’s development. How does it work for coaches? Coaches are advised to review the information provided by the player through the Supra Coach app on a daily basis to identify trends or irregularities in player activities. This information will help coaches monitor player’s daily activities and assist with customizing programming that’s tailored for each individual player. In addition, having this information will help coaches understand trends in player’s performance and overall wellbeing. Additional Features: Chat Included in the Supra Player App, players will have access to a team chat where they can communicate with their teammates. Notebook The notebook is used to allow players to document notes and feedback from their coaches. This feature can also be used for homework. Video Analysis While the analysis itself is not done through this platform, players are able to share videos and highlights with their coaches.
