A great Tool for tracking progress

I recently just started working out about 6 months ago and after learning my body and tracking my progress I wanted to have a good progression in weight lifting benching incline benching etc and this app allows me to track that very well my weekly progression and tells me when to try new weight if I stay to long it also gives advice so you aren’t overworking your muscles that a lot of people tend to do I love this app it isn’t really confusing when trying to make new workouts or adding in anything it’s straight forward

I gave the app a try. At first there are several screens and cancel buttons that are a bit confusing. I would just call that a learning curve. Overall it tracks everything that you need to from your workouts. I use it every day now and love seeing my progress. I also like the muscle map layout!

Great app, but…

A little bit clunky, and i wish you could just write in the name of the exercise. With all of the thousands of variations of exercises, its a bit irritating to not be able to vary between say “45° leg press with free weights” or “leg press machine”

Hi! Thanks for the review and giving the app a shot! As far as clunkiness, keep your eye out for an update early september cleaning it up and adding social features (workout sharing and groups) and a more advanced workout builder! Additionally, you are able to add your own exercises, if you click "new movement" when selecting an exercise, or new in the movement library, you can add your 45 degree leg press and leg press machine - and the builder will use them too! I highly recommend if you are advanced enough to make your own workouts from scratch that you make custom movements, because as you know the weight on a sled press is vastly different to a pin loaded machine.
