Can’t use on iPhone

We're sorry you haven't been able to use LatinOpus yet and appreciate your review. Although your device is having issues, we want to note that LatinOpus does work for most iPhones & iPads currently. We have completed a potential fix and submitted it to the AppStore for update. It is in review now and may take a few days to become available. LatinOpus does work well on most iPhones already but it requires the device to have enough available memory and processing power to run without crashing. It has a large database for the 40+ vocab chapters! Depending on the age of the device and the available memory, it may have issues for these reasons. Unfortunately, when we sought to make LatinOpus available for the iPad + the iPhone per user requests, Apple would not allow us to set the minimum processing chip requirement for the iPhone specifically if we provided the app to both devices (iPad & iPhone). This means some older iPhones or newer iPhones without enough RAM or processor speed may experience the issues described. We apologize for your inconvenience and hope the latest update will make it work. If it doesn't fix the issues for you, please contact our support by email so we can refund your purchase.
