It can’t connect to the app.
Okay app but connection problems
I like the app and the headphones connect quickly but if the case isn't open for long enough or when I open the app it won't detect them as connected unless I put them back in the case and take them out again also wish there was a way to disable the touch features because when I am using them in bed the pillow keeps toggling between the noise canceling modes which is very annoying so I often have to take one out

Xiaomi app
I have to pair it in the app everytime i use it i thought it would save and memorize my bud but it doesnt save it. Other than that there is no issue

The best EarPods I’ve ever owned. I recommend - esp with the noise cancellation working like there’s no tomorrow!
Not great with I Phone
I had Apple air pods before. Much better integration with Siri and they connected flawlessly every time. Not so much the Xiaomi: very spotty with auto connect, Siri does not respond at all.

Can you add all the functions that are on xiaomi, such as noise reduction and other functions
No proper gestures controll
Most of the earbuds has options to turn off any gestures but in this app there is no options to turn off “Press and hold gesture” and Redmi buds 5 touch and hold gestures can’t turn off. Even the gestures work with my pillow 🙂. Its so annoying. Please add option to turn off “Press and hold” gesture.

I used dozen of BT earbuds, this is the only one the app can't connect.
I FINALLY got it connected
Had all the issues of not finding the buds in app. I went around asking customer service, they said switching your region in the app to “China mainland” and restart the app. Worked instantly lol
