Fun but almost zero representation/diversity :(
[Edit: thank you developers for listening to your players and fixing the same sex apartment issue! I appreciate it and got me to play a lot more since the response and change was added so soon after my review! :) ]Though I still wish for more racial diversity I’m hoping that’ll come in later levels at least.) I really wish u had the option to put two same sex characters in the same apartment. It really bothers me especially the fact that there’s also only one black character I’ve come across in the game so far and I’ve been playing for around a week. Please add more diversity into your game, it’s important and tbh it’s not a good look when I see so many reviews saying the same things and the developers just make empty promises or don’t reply at all when it has to do with the complaint of lack of diversity or no same sex couples. I’m just disappointed in both this game and the developers non-response to these issues. Not a good look at all. I like this game it’s fun but unless this is fixed idk how much longer I’ll be playing. (Hint: not long)Show lessHugh Mungus Toad

I have been playing this game for quite a while, and these past few weeks I have been having more and more issues with the Mornington area, and if it continues I plan on deleting the game.
When you get to the Mornington area, you’re introduced to the pets. Despite having everything leveled to a 100% and catering to the pets personalities I am still continuing to get bad reviews.
I cannot do anything to solve it. An example of this is when it reaches night in the game I have gotten bad reviews because the characters are upset because of the Sweet Dessert hours, they complain it closes too early. I can’t fix that, the developers choose the hours so why am I getting bad reviews over something I can’t fix it. This constantly keeps happening, with both the characters and the pets, they complain about not having a mini couch despite only four of the apartments having those. Once again, I CANNOT CHANGE THAT.
I have enjoyed the game, I understand the mechanics. However this is completely frustrating and it is constantly happening. I should not be punished for a bad move on the developers part. It is getting to a point where I do want to delete the game if this continues happening, please fix it.Show lessemmawhelan
Some bugs and kind of boring
The game is really good, but not great. It’s not an idle game or a game that you progress easily in. It’s probably the best example of a passive income game or a time killer. The upgrades get expensive pretty fast and the amount tenants pay from level 2 to level 3 is the exact same, which means there’s no incentive to choose the new level 3 tenants and it’s very hard to progress proactively to level 4. The rent income is quick so there’s no complaint there but I did notice a bug where I can’t collect the money I get from the game being idle. That may not seem huge but I miss about 4 hours worth of rent I was supposed to get while going idle waiting for a building upgrade which also take around 10-20 minutes. Games that have timers seem to kill any momentum or motivation the players get to actually sit and watch people walk around not using half the facilities you built for half an hour just to spend any money you collected on the building that gets used by one person a day. The side quests don’t feel really rewarding because we don’t get extra money that can be used for upgrades of existing facilities.Show lessunastarreview
