Missing functionality
As soon as you start using workforce you loose the staff tab on InCharge app and lose visibility of who’s on the clock. There is no auto update of attendance. You cannot prevent employees from requesting time off on certain busy days or have black out weeks. The chat is very primitive and has no emojis. You cannot update employees info and lighthouse employee phone nbr doesn’t sync .you can’t set up tip pooling for employees that get tips.Trackerappreview
