Good but could be great with improvements
This app is super functional when it comes to sharing lists with your partner. It’s reliable and has a lot of useful features but it also misses the mark on some basic functionality.
CONS: There are small small annoying things that could be easily fixed with a simple update. 1) Unchecking an item should automatically push that item to either the top or bottoms of list (or this should at least be an option in Settings). Currently, you have to drag and drop each item individually and it is a p a i n f u l tedious process for those with long grocery lists.
2) Most apps have the “3 black lines” option where, when you tap on the 3 black lines at the top right corner in “edit mode, it will allow you to reorder a list with ease. This app does not and it makes rearranging a list very tedious. Yes, the app allows you to “press and hold” and item to drag and drop but it’s horribly difficult to do and glitchy. Also, if your list if long, it just doesn’t work.
I do really love this app but please consider adding these VERY functional updates to make it even better! It would be such a simple upgrade and immensely improve the user experience!

Great start
It’s a good calendar app! There’s just a few bugs. One of them being that there are some events that don’t allow me to edit them (because the edit selection is missing from the top right corner), and therefore can’t delete them.
I’d really love a widget as well! So I can see what I have for my day on my phone’s Home Screen.

Life Saver
If you are a caregiver, married, a parent juggling multiple schedules then consider purchasing this app! It has transformed my caregiver duties and minimized scheduling conflicts between my husband and myself. My mottos is "work smart not hard" and this helps us get it done. You can synchronize multiple schedules to see conflicts in advance when attempting to make appointments, etc. It can sync between computers, laptops and mobile phones so that scheduling is seamless and fluent across all platforms! I don't even remember how I discovered the app but it has been a blessing.

Very helpful organizational tool
Keeps our family organized and on track all week!
Great Family App
My dad had a recent stroke. My husband has PTSD. Between my two men, I’m all over the place with scheduling appointments and to-do lists. This app has simplified that process. Everyone can now see what is on the unified calendar and nothing gets overlooked or forgotten.
Won’t work
I’ve been trying to connect my calendar and nothing is working. Keep following steps and still won’t. Keeps asking for new app specific password. It’ll log me in then make me do it again. Them all is a different the pairs don’t work
Strong new entry in the calendar/planning space
I am an early adopter of the app and so far so good. Not that many apps out there that are really designed for family planning needs, so it’s nice to see this entry for this purpose. Looking forward to see what features they add in the coming months.
Looks great so far!!
My partner and I have mostly been using Cozi for sharing lists, and this app has that and more! I’m excited to try and transition over to BeFamily.
Some notes:
* On the homepage, when you press on the circle (+), routine label is split into “routi” - “ne” * Agenda and tasks: there should be an option to send a notification or not to people involved * Tasks: I like that there’s a start date, but there should also be a deadline/end date and show up on the agenda at least as a symbol
* Agenda: it’d be nice if we could choose colors. Maybe simple, optional category system for events, appts, etc so it can be filtered
* Agenda: option for attaching a photo? For example: menu, venue map, or just memory keeping
* It’d be really cool if we could add ideas from the “things to do assistant” we like to a list we can look through for a rainy day! Maybe add tags like budget friendly, active, sedentary.
* I like the simplicity, so maybe some of the things I’ve suggested could be available to opt into with an optional “advanced” setting!
