Worst Scam Airline
This airline just uses every opportunity to scam as much money out of you as possible. The website in English is set up to try and trick you to miss out your middle name so they can charge you at the airport to change it. And they clearly know this as the check in guy asked in a happy manner about it when checking in an was disappointed when we had filled it all out correctly. But then force you to check in luggage and then try the same thing again closer to the plane. Also just ridiculously disorganized and always delayed.

Incredibly poor
2 hours delayed, like others got forced to check in a bag for 350k dong. As we are English he assumed we’d entered my middle name incorrectly without looking (we had entered it correctly) but the con is so engrained in staff it’s automatic for them!

This is airline is not doing really well in terms of service, their flight os always delayed without any notification, they don’t reply to emails, they can’t speak English and many more .
