The #1 Bicycle assistant - Track monitor and secure bicycle with smart bike lock Mobile application Unlock2Ride provides customers the ability to unlock and track their bicycle with smart bike lock support. Smart bike lock will have SIM card integrated and therefore all bike lock parameters will be accessible in real time via mobile application. User will be able to monitor different smart bike lock parameters at any time such as: - GPS positioning - GSM strength - IMEI identifier - Is connected to server - Last heartbeat timestamp - Voltage - Charging - Battery percentage Supported functionalities: Unlock the smart bike lock with your smartphone - all you need is a connection to a mobile or WIFI network. Users will be able to unlock your smart bike lock by simply scanning QR code on your smart bike lock. If there is not enough illumination there is also a torch option which will help you scan QR code at night. Loud alarm and notification of attempted theft In the event of an attempted theft, a loud alarm is triggered at the lock, alerting passers-by to the attempted theft. Users will also be notified when the alarm is triggered, as your lock will notify you immediately with the exact GPS location of your lock. The link to the exact location you will receive in the message will lead directly to the navigation that will take you to your lock and your bike. Users will receive messages in 3 notification channels at the same time: - Text message to your phone number - Email message - Push message in the Unlock2Ride mobile application In app navigation directions Users will be able to search or select desired travel locations on map. After selection, the user will see navigation directions in the app. On clicking the route plan the user will see the navigation direction in the default navigation application of the mobile phone. Low battery alarm Users can set battery level under which notifications will be triggered. After smart bike lock battery drops under that level notification will be sent to user through 3 notification channels at the same time: - Text message to your phone number - Email message - Push message in the Unlock2Ride mobile application User settings All user settings can be modified any time in application after successful authentication. User will be able to configure: User information (firstname, lastname, phone number, ...) Change password Change language Notifications (toggle notifications for Alarm, Low battery for channels SMS, email, push notifications) Rent history Users will be able to see the history of all their rents with duration, start time and end time information. Packages User will be able to see all available packages with all supported features. Additional information for packages will be provided via in app link to Eccomerce website. List of owned smart bike locks will be provided to users with current active packages. Support Users will have the option to contact support via application either by call, sms or email.
