Training Plan WAY TO HARD

Their training plan does not make sense at all, and progresses way to fast. From 10 to 60 push ups in one session within 11 days. Canโ€™t modify the plan either, total joke.

Response from developer

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the plan. You can click the emojis below after training, and if you select the "too hard" emoji, the plan will adapt. This hopefully helps!

Reminds me of Runtastic Pushups

This app bears a striking resemblance to Runtastic Pushups! I used to have the pro version, but unfortunately, Adidas discontinued it. What sets this app apart is its lack of mandatory sign-up, unless you're keen on joining the leaderboard and embracing the social aspect. Plus, the pro plan comes at an affordable price, less than the cost of a cup of coffee. Let's hope the developers maintain this accessibility!

Easy to use and holds you accountable

Love it

I like the app I use it every day and I feel like I'm getting stronger

App worth the subscription

Challenging, competitive and beneficial to your health. The yearly sub price for all the apps is worth the price.

Great app

I love doing it with my freind

This app is amazing

It has no ads and has really helped me improve my strength. I started out by sowing like 5 push-ups and in three days I can do 50
