I think pain can be either physical or mental, up until this point I handled physical pain only but now the app can also handle some part of mental pain. It needs a lot more work but I will continue. And also this version contains updated reports with how are you feeling.

Description of Paine

Your one stop pain sharing app. Share your pain experiences with your closets ones and perhaps some medical advisors. So I think it’s about time that I share my story and my why. Back in September 2022 I suffered a hard attack, a minor one, but it still was a major life changer, a serious wakeup call. I went through medical treatment at the hospital, I got a balloon dilatation and 2 stents and then after a while I went through rehabilitation in the hospital, that consists of partly some teaching and a lot of exercising, and now on the other side I feel much better in all possible ways, I have dropped about 12 kg and I am good shape now. But it took about 6 months getting back in shape, physically and mentally and a long the way I had some heart / chest pain and because of that I was advised to write down when it was hurting, how, where etc like writing it all down “it gives us something to talk about when meet at the next appointment”, so I did and actually I decided to make an app for that, an Apple Watch app. Always available on the wrist also during night. The app is very simple and very effective, register when you feel pain, scale it, describe, basically answer all the questions and the pain is saved for later. You can see a list of registered pains and they’re editable, so please feel free to add more details later when you up to it. Those pains are shareable, either automatically or through individually sharing, add contacts and mark them as instant receivers or not, if a contact is marked as instant receiver, it means that if you register a severe pain, the app will automatically notify these contacts. Very important, because these contacts can then take action or help you take action or at least be there for you and probably help you make a decision about how to proceed. Register you pain and is it severe you will notify people about it. Regarding you entries, your data, it is saved within the Apple Private iCloud database, which means its very safe and only this app and on your behalf have acces to the data, and you can choose delete it all igen, its just fine, but the data is safe and is not like never been shared or viewed by any other. If you decide to add contacts to share the data with, it's up to you and only then will you data be shared. You as a user isn’t being monitored, you’re not part of any statistics. This is very important to me, you can trust Paine, this is true privacy. So as you can understand this app is close to my heart and my closest ones.
