Update: Want to add I love the additional changes and improvements, especially being able to listen to multiple days, sometimes previous days just feel better than others, also like that there are titles for each session .. it kind of gives you an idea of what your anticipating for a message. The additional sounds is a wonderful feature and I also utilize this. Soundscapes are amazing now, I think. The first day the changes appeared I listened just to listen- And that a desert soundscape was made is wonderful for me, as I miss my desert🏜️
I’m not really one who listens to podcasts etc so I don’t really dabble in the other things.
I’ve since rejoined as a premium user once more. I feel it’s a small price to pay for something so dear for me a regular daily basis, and I feel less alone. At the end of the day, I just want to enjoy my solitude and recharge 🪫 and you’ve provided a wonderful solution that fits in the end of my day, looking over the lake. Alone, yet not with a comforting presence -And for that again, I thank you 🙏 Because it’s just nice to have a nice calm warm male voice “next to you” and it’s something I most assuredly look forward to. I work 10+hour shifts, sometimes into the next day.. which can be exceedingly mentally taxing more often times than not- so this for me, is a respite in the daytime, an oasis in the desert, and especially in the evening. ❤️ updated my original review, because developers take hours, time, and days to do this! So there you are, and Thank you.🙏🫶🏼💕 Xoxo

Voice is only seven days free

I saw a review that said “a lot of things were free” and that’s just not the case. I enjoyed the supportive voice more than the ‘soundscapes’ which weren’t many that weren’t subscription only and it doesn’t outright say only the first week of the supportive voice was free. It auto rolls back to week 1, day 1 and it feels like any progress I made was null in void. Feels like I lost a friend I was making. It’s a good concept but the free version is quite limited based on how you want it to be catered to you.

Falling in love with this app… Send help!!!!

This app is helping realize what I love in a man. No cap. It is helping me regulate my anxiety throughout the day and I just love the man’s voice. His voice soothes me and I think I’m falling in love with him… Send help and therapy.

It helps

Listening to someone who’s voice is soothing and making you feel that your not alone. Only two things I would change, we would love another ethnicity choices for voices and lowering the music when the affirmation is being spoken.

Love the male voice but

Love the male voice but there are very few male voice options. I downloaded the app for the male voice, but all of the "programs" are female voices. I'm a woman and would have loved more male voice options for the "programs" but this app is obviously targeted towards men.
There is also a but of a glitch for the "fantasy" music. It sounds muffled at times.

Music

TBH I don’t use the voice affirmations/guides/therapy. I personally found them to be a bit cheesy, but that’s just me. What I love is the music lol There is a fantastic selection of music and I absolutely love being able to add or remove sound elements. I use it most nights in my speaker bulb in my room and fall asleep to rain and thunder or crickets and wind or use other music for study or meditation. It could be it’s own app.

3 month glitch

So after 3 months the evening message has reverted back to thevery first , hi we don’t know each other message… this is the 3rd night of the same thing . There’s no update . I don’t know what’s up with this but I won’t keep subscribing if it’s an ongoing issue.
