Deceptive pricing
Deform videos are extra on top of your weekly subscription. However the wording doesn’t state that you only get that one decorum video. The wording uses “unlimited” which makes me believe unlimited.
I canceled my subscription right away and requested a refund.eltoroURMOM

So i got a free trial but the free trial made it 50% off so it’s not even a free trial basically 30 a month to have the option of 50% off video gens. This i ls so high cant even test s video to see its worth and value contrast unfortunatelyxlchthoNyx
Can’t do anything
While I understand it may be expensive to keep the AI to make art (according to the developers) most apps like this allow you to get a free trial and make at least one thing for free to see if it’s worth spending my hard earned money on but even after accepting the free trial they want me to pay for a subscription to the app while probably have to give them an extra stream of revenue just to get coins to make the art.
The free trial doesn’t matter if I need to pay 2-3 dollars just to make 1 photo.Show lessgddjcdhjvfhhc
AI Art Premium Lifetime
While trying to use the app, I started with a photo description & then clicked create, only to get an internet error coming from your app.
My internet is working properly & I am able to
use with other apps & searching the Web.
After purchasing this app I thought I would be able to use it right away but much to my surprise, I get a message saying I need to buy packs in order for me to be able to use the app. I bought this app to have fun with & I wanted a Lifetime membership. Now that I have to buy extras packs to be able to create a video or even a photo. The pricing at the App Store are different from what the app shows, which is confusing. There was another app that I sent a message to about how their app packs & the pricing. They didn’t bother to respond, which has me thinking they didn’t want me to purchase the app from them. They have poor customer service & customer service is very important for an app developer to have. After trying over & over of trying to create a video or photo using your app, I have reached a point where I am ready to get my fund. Thank You for Your timeShow lessPac Creations

I procured an annual subscription for approximately $33 with the expectation of accessing image generation capabilities. However, subsequent to the initial payment, an additional fee is required to access the image generation feature. The presence of a subscription model for such functionality raises questions. This app is very good the developers have done a great job with this one however, if you decide to purchase it you will still need to purchase credits to use the “Deforam AI Motion Effect, Magic AI Avatars & Live AI Avatars”. The developers of this app have felt they do not need to provide this information upon purchasing. Typically when you buy a subscription to any app you unlock all features. Especially at $5.99 per week. I hope in the near future there will be an update that will provide all features in the for the subscribers.Show lessB.sill

Says it’s a free app but as soon as you download it, it asks for $9.99 per week to sign up. You can’t use the app at all without signing up, feels very deceptive.JJA88

It said it can apply effect to the video. But instead it only applied the effect to the last frame of the video leaving 99% of there video unchanged.
Either make it super clear what you’re paying for or just remove the video option.vitalii__
