Helped me back after injury
Got this app after I got injured and couldn’t run for weeks. Very different from other running apps which I love. Enjoyed the vids on foam rolling and strengthening and the weekly countdowns as I prep for my 5 k.

Excellent informative App for a marathon newbie
I am new to the world of Marathon training and so far this app has been brilliant! It has highlighted the importance of gait analysis and getting the right support in a trainer and also the impact of good dynamic stretching!
The nutritional information is really good and so are the training plans and even though I’m just dipping my toe into marathon training and the App I look forward to the journey with the App beside me!
As a sideline the bloopers really make me smile too!

Excellent Training hub
What an excellent training app. I couldn’t asked for more throughout my training programme. I’m new to running and this helped me through all I needed to know. Very informative, I couldn’t have done it without this.
