Useless App
The app is totally useless as it is impossible to use it. I registered my mobile number at one of the Bubble CiTea points of sale and was advised to download the app. However, I have not managed to sign in as every time a 4-digit code is sent to me an “Update your profile” page pops up which, no matter how many times you type your details correctly and press “Update”, only gives you an error message saying that something went wrong and you should try again. A complete waste of time. At least, don’t embarrass yourself by launching such a dysfunctional app that is not developed properly!Show lessNotYourAna

I’ve had many drinks from the shop and had scanned the member code each time to which when I open the app to find that none have been recorded down at this point the reward points will never be filled.sacora rose

Cannot log in
Does not load the log in page just the update page over and over again! Fill it in and it says error user already exists!
Spoke to help desk several times , sent photos and a video to show issue but still not resolved.
