With Health Movement you can easily create and track any type of health challenge or goal you want. Want to do a squat or sleep or gratitude contest with your friends? No problem!

“Healthy” doesn’t have to look the same for everyone, and won’t. Find what works for YOU. Find what will last and you will do consistently…that will become part of your lifestyle.
If you don’t like running…then don’t run. Find something else you DO like that gets your heart rate up. Whether that be dancing, playing sports, wrestling with your kids, boxing, or anything else.
