Hi, please click the “Pro” Button inside the application, then click “Restore Purchase” at the bottom. This should resolve the issue. Regarding the “charged twice” problem, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund.

Hello, iOS doesn't permit any app to perform tasks when the screen is off. This is a limitation imposed by iOS itself, not by our app. Nevertheless, our application will operate with very minimal brightness to ensure it doesn't disturb you. We're doing our best to make the app functional despite the strict limitations imposed by iOS. I hope this explanation helps and you can change your perspective about our app.
