The TechApp now has photo markup with arrows, circles, squares, and text. This will help you point out problems on the photos that you take.
Users can take multiple photos before exiting the camera. Pictures now upload as soon as they are taken, saving the user from having to wait for the upload to finish.

*Push Notification for Incoming ROs*
Your technicians will now receive push notifications on your phone when an RO is transferred. This will allow them to quickly take action on a repair if it is urgent. It will also ensure they know about every vehicle that is transferred to them the second that the transfer occurs
*Control Who Can Publish Findings*
Decide which users are allowed to publish notes. By setting their permissions to “Save as a draft only,” they will only be able to save drafts of notes. This will help your shop ensure that notes are only published to the customer when they are ready. You can use this to ensure that your notes have been reviewed and any recommended services have been added before publishing to the customer. This will apply to both Web and TechApp.

Tech’s can see All Draft Notes - Technicians can now see draft notes written by other users in the shop. This is bringing parody to the web with the release of Draft Findings. There will be no changes in the permissions to write and edit notes.

Included in the first release:
* Easily view summary of work, drill into detailed information while performing services, track job progress in real-time, and keep a detailed record of all findings right from one centralized location.
* Swiping to the right, techs can easily mark an inspection item green. Swiping left will allow the technician to select yellow or red status, directing the tech to the Findings screen where they can record their findings and add images and/or videos to provide context.
* Integrated with the device's native camera, technicians have the full functionality of the phone's camera features to capture the clearest picture from the darkest corner of the undercarriage.
* Share findings with customers using Shop-Ware’s integrated Digital Vehicle Experience (DVX) — car owners will receive a clear presentation of the work that you have done on their vehicle, along with any urgent repairs and maintenance recommendations prioritized by service advisors.
* Receive approvals faster by giving the customer a clear understanding of the priority and urgency of each recommendation. Shop customers are able to quickly approve or decline services without extensive guidance from service advisors. This saves time and showcases the shop’s expertise to their customers.
