Poor account management
When transferring tickets, it gives you ability to select from contacts, however it won’t accept the standard phone number format that uses parentheses around the area code. This is a new problem from this season.
The following problem persists where you have to constantly sign out and sign back in to make it work and even then it can take multiple attempts. I should only have to sign in once!

Completely broken this year
All season I’ve been getting basketball instead of hockey shootout.
Now I can’t even open Play to Win games. It’s just a white screen. I reinstalled and restarted my phone. Still nothing. My husband’s is broken too. This year has been terrible. Maybe it’s because we’re day 1 users? Too bad, because we’re STH and at every game & have loved playing. Honestly, the issues with this app leave a terrible impression.

Still utter garbage. Constantly have to sign out and sign back in to make it work and even then it can take multiple attempts. I should only have to sign in once!
In game mode
I can never get through to this mode. I put in my phone number and never get a code to gain access. I’ve went to several people at the AAC and they aren’t able to help me. Other than that, I’m sure this app is great.
App crashes as soon as it opens...
How can you rate an app when it doesn't even open on IOS..
Kicks me out instantly
I get Kicked out as soon as I get to the main screen. When I open the app it starts to load and show presented by AT&T, then it kicks me out when it shows the next matchup
