This constantly is freezing and then when it does work again it pushes buttons at random. And then freezes again so I can erase!!! This is beyond frustrating!!!! The deposit I put in was for $2,200 not $220 Pls fix thisChef Caine

Dislike new mobile deposit
Since you closed the actual bank branch in my area, I am dependent on mobile deposits. Having to type in my email address for every single check deposit just so that I can get an emailed receipt which I will immediately delete is frustrating. How about making the receipt optional or just sending it to the email on file?jaa vee

Let’s cancel everybody’s auto payments, then lock them out of their account until they go to a physical computer and agree to new rules, provide more personal data, change your password, then re-setup all your auto payments all over again.CaddyWhompus
