Poor app
This constantly is freezing and then when it does work again it pushes buttons at random. And then freezes again so I can erase!!! This is beyond frustrating!!!! The deposit I put in was for $2,200 not $220 Pls fix thisNew App

Since you closed the actual bank branch in my area, I am dependent on mobile deposits. Having to type in my email address for every single check deposit just so that I can get an emailed receipt which I will immediately delete is frustrating. How about making the receipt optional or just sending it to the email on file?I’d like to know who thought this was a good idea
Let’s cancel everybody’s auto payments, then lock them out of their account until they go to a physical computer and agree to new rules, provide more personal data, change your password, then re-setup all your auto payments all over again.
