Still cooking?
I didn't realise it was collection only when I placed my order through the app.
After waiting around 45 minutes I eventually called for an update and was surprised to hear my order was there ready for collection.
I've just checked the app again now we've finished eating and it still says 'Cooking'! Thank goodness I called.
