App doesn’t work and site doesn’t work either. At least not for ppl that are out of the country while trying to renew.
Not working abroad
If your not connected to a network thats based on the UAE (for example your travelling), you will get a message that says: Access Denied. So forget about paying for your insurance while travelling 🤦🏻♂️

The app keeps crashing, displaying white blank pages, and repeating steps unnecessarily. To the point that it charged me for one transaction twice. Avoid.

unable to register insurance…even internt is good its taking very very long time to load..sometime little bit open and as it is remain please fix iloe..unable to do register..just keep loading what is this

Tried many times to load it and it didn’t work.

I wanted to subscribe for a mandatory ILOE but this app is just a blank white page. Reinstalling or restarting did not help either.
