So, unfortunately we cannot intervene in this process. If the quality of your photo is low or your face is not visible enough , the artificial intelligence may not be able to generate images that look like you. Sorry for the problem. Your avatar generation isn't started please check your credit from app settings page, your credit should stay if you couldn't start training process. if there is credit in setting page, you can start avatar generation again. You can open settings from top right menu. It’s our priority to provide your avatars. Please update this review if this solves your problem if not contact us from ozgurapps@gmail.com

hi, please close the app and open it again, your avatars ready. Just there was a bug that only downloads the new avatars by restarting the app, sorry for the inconvenience, If you can't see your avatars upon restarting the app, please contact us from ozgurapps@gmail.com for a solution, if you can see them please update your review and let us know.
