Distributor Code????
Was forced to switch from RGB+ Installer to this when I woke up at 6am only to find I need a Distributor Code to complete the app swap and there is no information as to what that is or where to find it. Also there is no straightforward way to get app support. Very frustrating.

Solution: go back to using the New Ilumi app
For the second time now, the only reason I have a working lightbulb is thanks to someone else in the reviews (aft828). The New Ilumi app is what you need to control the light bulbs if you don’t have the distributor code. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this product. It’s not worth the hastle.

Why Is A Distributor Code Needed To Login???
I completely agree with the other reviewers (@thordail and @Scorpio73). I was unable to use my ilumi smartbulb for sometime because of this app, until I decided to manually reset it and reinstall the “New ilumi” app again and now I have control again of my ilumi smartbulb.
This app does not work
The app that worked completely fine is now blocked and I was forced to download this app, which is asking for a distributor code. Why would you do this? If this isn’t resolved soon, I will be sure to avoid any and all products made by this vendor.
Great App and Awesome Products
I am a certified Inception Lighting Installer and I use this app and these products every day, there is no other app as simple and user friendly than these products and this application. The MeshTek team is constantly releasing updates and improving their technology and they are easy to work with when need be.

New app for Distributors only
I have attempted to download and login to the new app several times over the past few months. I am not a professional installer nor am I a Distributor so i do not have a code to log into my existing account. I currently have about a dozen or so Ilumi bulbs that I have had and been using for close to 10 years that I can no longer control. Please help because I would really like to continue using my lights. This is the third app change since getting my bulbs.
