I placed an order then realised I forgot to specify a time, so I tried to call to give them instructions. The app contact would not work as it had the number wrong. So I looked it up and phoned them. I was then told that if I wanted the kebab sauce separate I had to pay extra! That’s a bit of a con as I only wanted the same amount of sauce they would put on it, I just want to be able to use it separately not have it plastered all over making the bread soggy and the meat over sauced! I wasn’t asking for any extra sauce, in fact in a pot it would probably have been less sauce than if they plastered it all over! It’s things like this that make me reluctant to order from here again, even though I’ve ordered from here lots of times in the past and they never wanted to charge extra for this before! A lesson on how to destroy your business over 80p! 🙄 FFS!
