    Si necesitas ayuda con tus meals and workouts esta es la aplicación. Tienes recetas estilo mexicano que no se siente que estas a dieta y toda la familia puede disfrutar! Los workout videos son súper fácil de seguir aún siendo intenso me encanta que puedes pause catch up and go back and push play. You also have an amazing community cheering you on and clapping on the way. The social support is like no other, you will always find a prima, sister, comadre hasta mom to push you! Also if your a gym lover the app has daily gym workout for you targeting all the parts of the body through out the week y no sólo eso tiene demo videos so you can see how the moment looks like if your not sure. I use this app for my gym, home even hotel workouts when out of town! Enserio darte la oportunidad y verás que ser parte de Project Poderosa es único y te vas a empedrar, educar y motivar a ser una mejor versión por dentro y fuera!

    I have been following Myra for years and she’s always been authentic and passionate. I love this app that she’s created. It’s very user friendly and the programs are 🔥. You’ll get workouts, meal plans, and daily tasks and habits to follow. I love being able to go in and check them off daily. They help keep me on track and when I go to bed at night, I’m happy I accomplished something for me. I highly recommend tier 1 because it truly has everything you need to succeed. The recipes have also saved me when I got bored with my meals and felt uninspired. Thank you Myra and the Project Poderosa team for such an amazing app and community!

    Best fitness app I’ve used. Keeps you motivated every day! Easy to use and all workouts are both gym and home friendly. Not only does it incorporate physical health but also provides you with educational live streams with well rounded professionals. Best of all, if you love food like me, you will not be disappointed with the variety of easy to follow, affordable, food recipes!!!

    I have been using the app for a month and it has totally rocked my world. I am motivated as is but the app gives me the accountability push to finish my workouts. The app has multiple resources from nutrition guides, community forums, and of course access to diverse workouts and even delicious recipes!! I truly enjoy the app 💕ERECA
  • What’s not to love!

    Everything about the app is amazing, the overall look, ease of use and transitions between different areas within the app. The access to content is amazing and ability to log meals, workouts, and daily goals definitely adds to its value.
  • Everything in One!

    Project Poderosa App have everything you could want in one app. It has workouts you can follow along with either at home or in the gym. The workout options include those that are like 4-5 exercises with the number of reps or videos you follow along with the trainer. You will find Bodyweight, dance, stretching, weights etc. They added live workouts for extra fun. It provides a weekly workout schedule where you can also change the day you do the suggested workout. The app also has recipes for smoothies, sides, main dishes, and even drinks. Plus you can track your meals. There’s community forums to create community and ask questions. You also have the options to track your progress with pictures, health data or even the weights used during the workouts. I might be missing other app features. At the end of the day, it’s you that has to put in the work for whatever your goal is (physical activity, weigh loss, etc) but this app makes it fun, enjoyable, and more attainable.

    I love the recipe library and therapy coaches!
    If I could I would change the to do list for the day I wish we could modify it and make it a bit more personal. :)

    This app is awesome! I love how it’s a space for health and scheduling as well, it’s easy to get caught up in your all day activities but when you use this app it def helps with your time management and aligning your health goals at the same time. I love how user friendly it is, you won’t regret using this app!

    This app is amazing! Originally I started following the group on Instagram back in 2019! I did a few challenges and kept following along the workouts but when I found out the app was available with TWO subscription I had to check it out! You have it ALL! Daily workout guides, a leaning out meal plan and a bulking meal plan options, let’s not forget to mention the amazing community with amazing ladies to help you in your fitness journey! Delicious recipes to help you with your meal ideas too! Overall k highly recommend!
