How do you set a timer, let's say, to stop playing sound (close the app) after 30 minutes?

I have this connected to a speaker and therefore I can set the volume as I wish. With most children out of school now for the summer, I can still get restful sleep. I like to experiment with the different sounds and create sleep inducing new mixes to save. I really love this app.
