Well worth it
I like that you can choose between 10, 20 30 questions at a time. It also gives good explanations on why an answer is right or wrong. Mostly wrong in my case. Ugh.lindyloo1000
Ok but wish it offered more
This is a user-friendly app, which allows you to answer the questions, with the option to either see the answers with explanation or not. I personally find this very helpful. However, what would make this app a five star rating is if they would add definitions with flashcards as they do on the website study guide. SPHR prep
This is a great app! It’s really helping me study for my SPHR certification. Great example questions. It’s fun, I am practicing for the test anywhere instead of wasting time on social media. I feel I can pass this test pretty fast actually.erinfitzgeraldm

I passed my SHRM exam last week and I know it was due to this app. They wouldn’t let me reschedule it and I only had 2.5 weeks to study and if I didn’t have this with all the situational questions I would have failed for sure. thank you!angfog
It’s fine
Pros: great for chunking out practice exams
Cons: questionably accurate material and poorly worded questions. I’m studying for my SHRM-SCP and just got back-to-back questions that were objectively incorrect. I wish it provided more definitions and included blurbs about incorrect choices as well as the correct ones.

Great Study Tool!
I waited until I received my SHRM results to leave a review, but can now say that this app helped tremendously with studying! In addition to buying the SHRM Learning System books (used), this app was a large chunk of my studying resources.
Quick quizzes and tests could be completed in small bursts of time and it was very helpful to see the reasoning for correct answers.

Helpful, but not enough
Overall I found the questions on the SHRM CP exam to be much harder than questions provided in any study material, including this app. However, it is a helpful way to get in the habit of test taking, especially if you’re an adult who doesn’t get much standardized testing in. Use this as a resource to learn concepts
None of the questions on here were on my test but using this app as a backup resource to reinforce your knowledge of competencies is definitely helpful. It was an easy way to ensure I was practicing every day leading up to my exam.Deguzzy
