Waste of your time
I downloaded the app and it had very easy instructions to learn I got to download 7 photo of one pet only then I got to move to next step and would not go to next step. No where to get help. I wrote support team and said Email not found. Wasted a hour of my valuable time. Not I hope when I delete app it delete any access to my photo or information

Hello! I'm really sorry about your experience, I'll take into account your feedback. I was changing the domain and didn't realized the app still was pointing to the old one.
