Not worth $100+
This app currently holds the best infrastructure I've used for renovation ideas. You can select specific areas to alter, input your own ideas as reference for the AI to go with, and it also has a few other cool features, plus has given realistic potentials. That being said, the AI still has a lot of learning to do. Many times I'd get botched results, not what I asked for, or things that are flat out attainable. I have clicked on the “don’t ask me until later” checkbox regarding feedback, at least 10 times. Yet every time I’m trying to do anything it pops up and asks me for feedback. It’s like a millennial child who had helicopter parents that is off at college for the first time.

Navigating through the ‘Design Studio’ and ‘AI Renovate Kit’ is a breeze, and I find the app intuitive and rich with features that cater to both novices and professionals in home renovation. The array of tools under ‘AI Color Studio’ has made selecting and visualizing different color schemes for my walls and exteriors so much easier.
