Stupid update why do I have to read register my card again like my first time to login
App is down (again)
App is constantly doing down, currently โinternal service errorโ. Also needs basic functionality added, e.g. ability to pay the balance owed through the app.
Poor App
Too slow and keeps rebooting !! They should be doing much better than that considering their reward scheme is very poor compared to other countries !!!
Internal error !
Not accepting the card information because of an internal error !
Below the average
Canโt believe, a company such Amex has this weak App. A lot of features must be impeded and focus on the customer needs
No more than one card in the app
Doesnโt allow adding other Amex cards to app, how convenient ๐
New Look - Newer Control
Provides solution to all card services and very responsive
New up to date visualization, laggy services
Although the AMEX app finally got a new look (the previous app was hideous and outdated), the app still needs improvements as its laggy. (Slow logging process, slow and unsmoth movement from page to page.)
Improvements
They need to invest more in their Apps its weak and useless. I hope they read the comments and invest more in the application.
Horrible and troubled App
I wish I can give 0 starts for this app .. itโs is horrible and veeery slow to log in and download any statement. It needs lots of improvements!
