Paid for the lifetime use and now the “volume “ controls no longer work. Everything else does, but not the volume. So now I can use it to a select something to watch but can’t hear it. Waste of money apparently

Remote service app

The app doesn’t work for smart tv.
It is nothing but a hassle and a problem. Then you get reoccurring charges against your account and there is a option to renew the service but nothing about canceling it. Personally I think this company is made up of fraudsters and scammers and makes the service that doesn’t even work and it’s a long annoying process to get your money back because not only can you not call anyone there’s not even a AI chat box available to talk to anyone about being in contact with anyone to cancel the service. Company is a joke. Company is about ripping people off and getting your credit card number with the hopes that you don’t notice and keep charging you forever. There audience is old people who don’t know how to use the remote and order this service then when it doesn’t work since they charge 99cents in the beginning they think nothing of it then after a month they start hitting your credit card for almost 40 bucks a month….. I could buy 10 remotes for my house for the money they charge .

Nobody to be in contact with, nobody to fix problems , when the app doesn’t work you have no customer support what so ever. Anyone that had posted a positive review most likely are friends with the company owners to boost there scam higher up on the apple apps.

Scam scam scam scam , haven’t received a refund yet or the ability to cancel the service because it’s a bootleg app and they have no pride in there work because the app doesn’t work for anyone I’m sure. Another day goes by where I don’t get refunded I’m going to post bad reviews everywhere until I receive a. Refund.

When something doesn’t work pay the money back and refund the customer don’t rip people off and expect nobody to say anything

Arrows are not working.

Arrows are not working and I just paid for a year. The Netflix, Prime buttons work but arrows or ok button. This is unacceptable.

New user of Roku remote

I just changed my cable Service to Spectrum and they told me to use my Roku Remote. The Remote does not change channels, I don’t know what to press to find out what I am watching is all about.
It is just very confusing and the pamphlet that came with Roku gives me basically no information.
