Description of Baby's First Words

Welcome to Baby's First Words. Do you know how many words your child is able to speak? Is your child on the right track in developing their vocabulary or are they experiencing a delay in speech? It can be difficult to track all the words your child is speaking, especially if your child is speaking thousands of words. This is where Baby's First Words excels at. Baby's First Words is a Speech Recognition based app. The intent of the app is to record the words your child is speaking. Either you record your child directly or you say the words yourself. The app will keep track of all unique words your child is speaking. Meaning it will automatically filter out all duplicates. The app will then determine if your child is speaking an adequate amount of words for their age group. Speech in a Childs life ages 0-5 is very important. Approximately 10% of children will experience a speech delay. It is very important to track your Childs vocabulary to help determine as early as possible if they are experiencing a speech delay. App Features: -Voice recognition to track and record the words your child speaks -Visual counter displaying total unique word count your child can speak. -View or search each unique word your child has spoken in the past. -Learn new words with images of items with audio aid. -Assessment indicating if your child is speaking at a large enough vocabulary for their age group* -Share spoken words with other apps. *Note: This app serves as guidance only. Please consult your paediatrician or speech therapist for a more in depth evaluation.

Reviews of Baby's First Words

  • Not good

UI is bad. It cuts off every word after 4 letters so you can actually see what you kids is saying. There is also no way to edit or delete words that it recognizes incorrectly. Wouldn’t waste the money
