Hi! I tried to email you (the developers), but there was no reply.
First, I want to *thank you* for making the CircleNote app! I downloaded it a few days ago, and it has been very helpful to me.
I signed up for the Pro plan, but I have two problems:
1) I am unable to Copy/Paste from the app more than one time before needing to restart my phone. If I do not restart it, it will do nothing when I click “Paste”. Very frustrating! Is there a bug fix for this? It’s a significant problem.
2) I got a notice saying I had reached a limit of “16,000 times quota” and was unable to complete my work for 13 hours. That does not make sense to me. First, what does “16,000 times” mean? 16,000 characters? Also, I feel I should have unlimited use as a Pro paying user. I do not feel there should be a limit with the Pro plan.
Please let me know if you are able to fix these issues.
