The problem with most smartwatches
In most cases these criteria on these devices is based on average and as most of the world is sick and fat the average is poor , now in my case I’m an older but still super athlete , I am 6 foot tall and weigh 102kg most of these devices say I’m obese yet I have less than 12% body fat measured in water immersion so not the riduclas Caliper test , I have visable abbs , I’m mostly carnivore and way strong , as an example I bench 160kg (353lb) for 3 sets of 5 reps shoulder press 135kg (297lb) bicep curl 70kg (154lb ) for 4 sets of 5 , but because I’m 59 and my resting heart rate is 46bpm most of these watches say I’m obese and not the superman I am , except this one it hasent admitted how amazing I actually am but it hasn’t called me obese and tried to give me a lifetime super athlete advice , so for that I’m glad , all I need it to do is to keep recorde and leave the deciphering to someone that actually knows what they are doing , mainly me. For that I’m happy with it No I was wrong it’s now as of 25/august/2024 saying I’m obese and iv started limited cycling again as I don’t want to go overboard and look like a cyclist which is to say like a 14 year old schoolgirl with anorexia , like all cyclists eventually look , and down to 98kg about 2 or 3 kg from the point where I can hold a pencil with my abbs standing up , and this idiotic average of the fat American people says I’m obese , should have a body type entry so an athlete is not ranked with the average sick fat American , at any age
