  • Use To Be Free

This app use to be free to use for anyone who wanted to use the app (aka potential homebuyers), but it’s not anymore which is unfortunate. I use to love having this app on my phone as when I was out and about running errands, etc. if I would see a house that was for sale that I liked, I’d be able to look it up right then and there on the app to get additional info about the home that I had just driven by. The free version of this app…which no longer exists…was a serious driving force in me seriously considering selling my own home and moving to another home in my area that might better suit my needs. But since the app is no longer available to those of us who are non-realtor professionals when we are captive audiences (like driving around in the car), the consideration of selling my current home and buying another one in the area is no longer something that’s ever at the forefront of my mind because, as the old adage goes, “of out of sight, out of mind.” It ends up being the realtors’ losses.

Can’t use unless you join and pay membership. I’m not going to pay mibor so that I can search for a property.
