App is freezing
When I click reorder, the app keeps freezing and the infinite loop circle pops up. Tried exiting the app, multiple phones, they all have the same problem. Can’t order! Seems like a big problem!
Missing Apple Pay
App works okay to order but doesn’t not let you use Apple Pay! What a waste of my time!
I pay too much for smoothies for the app to be this bad
Like, for real. Hire some real developers. My app orders are constantly not sent to the location, so I’m not “skipping the line” in fact, it takes longer to argue with the workers that I already freaking paid than it would to wait in line. Today I couldn’t even attempt to order through the app, it sent me through an endless loop of “must log in” so I log in, add to cart, go to order then I get “sorry, your session has expired” and the cycle starts all over again.
This app is so consistently bad, the ordering in person is so obnoxious, I might have to find a different spot for my usual smoothie fix.

No option to order smoothies
Tried building a smoothie in the app but all I see is bowls. It was there a few weeks ago. I also can’t edit orders in the cart, I have to redo the whole item.

Great acai bowls, app could use improvements
We love ordering acai bowls from palmetto superfoods and decided to try using the app to order.
I was disappointed to find the cart only allowed 2 unique orders, I could only add 2 build your own bowls, but the 3rd would never add to cart. It would also be nice to edit your bowl added to cart instead of deleting and starting over.

My order was messed up and didn’t find out until later. There is no way in the app to request a refund or place a complaint.
Loyalty program
There's no Terms of Service to be found for their loyalty program, and no way to report a problem.
I should have 118 "Palm Bucks" right now, yet my balance shows 0. I haven't spent any. So where'd they go? Do they expire after a few months? Is the app malfunctioning? What's the point of a loyalty program where any rewards accumulated can be completely wiped out with no explanation or recourse?
