Brilliant camera - terrible app
Such a shame the app lets this camera down so badly. Horrendous lag when panning camera. Some days connects almost instantly, other days it won’t connect at all. Very disappointing.melodica

Logged in fine for first 2 days then has booted me out. Won’t accept password which is correct and the help line comes to no help

V0.0.57 lean App.Fantastic system of sharing your HX camera to a guest on a friend smartphone. So now if you want a friend to check your property/camera you ask him/her to download the CTRONICS Pro App. and create a credentials ( username/email and their own password ) than Share a camera in your original App. CTRONICS Pro with the control you want to give them ex: watch the camera as guest so they can watch/check your property but without the right to delete or change the configuration.They will have access until you delete the sharing (email )you did add in the original CTRONICS Pro App.on your Smartphone as owner. Thank you for this super feature to manage your camera great effort from the programmer.Show lessnetvue
Pretty Underrated
It’s a pretty good app, has a lot of features and I’m glad I gave Ctronics a try, the app is stable and works, but could use a makeover for starters why not make the app logo a security camera, and please add a dark mode. Also even though I changed the name of the camera in the app it still has some weird numbers under the name. Overall 4/5 works well, surprisingly well polished but with just a little more effort would be a 5/5Show lessScreeny64

Password set up on another device- good to go!!
On iPad mini worked once- and then shut off. No matter
what I try, would not go back to original app, but wanted my password that had been set up successfully on another devise!!- before I go any further, wonted the password- WOULDN'T ACCEPT THE SET PASSWORD and I still can not access the Apple app to proceed to set my s/camera upShow lessrealybored
Support is nonexistent
Contacted customer service about the app while it showed they were available but after texting my question it asked for my name an email. Only to get disconnected and the app then started showing offline. Maybe I can get my question answered this way before I decide to return everything. In the the app one of the buttons says “gun ball linkage” what is that?Show lessGas buddy (budhead)
