Over charged
I’ve been playing this game for some time. I would purchase points to continue a game. Then I would get purchase didn’t go through and would try again and it worked. Then I would get my billing and see I was charged twice. At first I thought it was just me forgetting but decided to start keeping track and right away caught I was being charged twice and only get credit for one purchase. Did complain and got one refund but how many people is this happening to? I’ve tried to talk to them and they won’t answer me.

It makes a change for a game to have no ads ( 5 stars for that) it’s very similar to a very high profile game, it’s got to be the same maker they are so alike. It’s a great game and the graphics are superb
Review
It would be nice if we could have a bank of unused turns. If the level says that it has allocated 36 moves to complete and the user completes the task in 32 moves we should get to bank them to use when we reach a higher level and are having trouble completing it. Instead of having to buy moves.
Fair Play
There is no FairPlay in regard to the team tournaments in this game. 20 teams are randomly picked to play against one another. If the first member of your team starts playing 30 minutes after the start then the team is likely to find themselves 300 points behind the eight ball. Their system of choosing 20 teams to play against each other is not fair and demoralising for a team that comes into the tournament late.

No game should ask you, if you become a ‘Prime Player’, and give Rewards and boosters in the game if you give them your telephone number and email address.
Best of its kind
This is my fave match 3. Bright, colourful, challenging enough, awesome explosions. Do not need cash to play but if you do spend $ the rewards are huge! Thanks :D
Fix the glitches please
I play this game until I get so frustrated I just want to delete it altogether… kicks you out mid play and you lose all the good stuff earned… it’s almost predictable when you play 10-12 levels it boots you out. PLEASE FIX !!!!!!!!!!
A couple suggestions
So far, about 500 levels in, a really great game! Let me make a couple suggestions tho..
The only real problem I have is that the pieces move a little stiffly / slowly, and it can be a real pain trying to move pieces along the edges.
The other thing isn’t a problem. The game is basically a carbon copy of Royal Match. So why not try and take some of the payer complaints from that game and make them better on yours thereby maybe taking players away from them.
For example, when you get enough books etc to get a half hour of color bombs (or whatever) don’t start the timer until the player begins the next round.. that would be a major improvement over the other games.
Improve the AI; specifically the helicopter AI. I shouldn’t have to explain this…. Nevertheless - it shouldn’t be hard to have it benefit the player’s goals. As it stands they can often move arbitrarily and even detrimentally.
