    First try on mobile deposit was rejected because DEPOSIT ONLY wasn’t good enough. It took all day to notify me and then became to late to get it through by adding for mobile deposit. I had to wait an additional day because this was set up last year but must have been deleted because of no use. We are deciding if we want to go with another institution that is nation wide.

  • App Regressed Access for Older Phones

    The Zelle option disappeared from the app because I don’t use iOS 16 or newer (older phone). This used to be available prior to the app update and now I have to download the newest iOS to use this feature.

  • Not a fan…

    Not a fan of the new app. I get the added security protections, but it feels like every time I try to login, it needs more and more info or verifications. It always feels like a roll of the dice if I’ll be able to login or not and check my bank statement. I just want to put in my username and password and make sure I have enough in my account to go get McDonald’s, is that too hard to ask?

    This app is so confusing I really the previous app so much better.
  • Very bad app!

    It's worse than the old one. It is impossible to understand your balance due to the large time gap in showing transactions. Some transactions show in a week. This is the worst banking app I have ever used!
  • Lag time between transactions

    Transactions do not show up in real time. With the new app, I was unable to deposit checks even though it said my account had been verified. Took several days to be able to make transfers between accounts.
