Price History of FitLife4Me

Description of FitLife4Me

FitLife4Me was designed to provide a digital guidance that is similar to what a human coach would provide, but with more accurate data that combines the three key pillars for losing and managing weight: (1) the calories you burn, (2) the calories you consume, and (3) your weight. The product is also designed to capture your activity and health data from your Apple Watch (or equivalent wearable) directly from Apple Health and with your input of weight and food consumption, it can provide you with the following insights: Total calories burned during a day (not just your workouts) Your metabolism at rest and activity Your weight trend over time Your food consumption calories and macro-nutrition (in particular protein, fat, carbs and fiber intake) Your food timing throughout the day and ways to optimize that, including sleep-gap Your sleeping patterns And… as long as you wear your watch and enter your weight daily, use of machine-learning to figure out exactly what your effective daily calorie consumption is even if you don’t always enter it accurately. At any point, you can view daily, weekly and monthly reports on how you are doing with details on your exercise activities, food consumption, sleeping and food trends and much more. You can also sign up for a weight loss program where you will receive greater guidance on what to do daily to reach your target weight. Finally, you can share whatever data you can view in your App with any other user of the service, including friends or a coach who can provide personal guidance based on your actual data. You get to choose what data to share and what data to keep private. All communication between you and any other user is end-to-end encrypted. Your health data and other information about you is maintained on your phone and only minimal information is kept on the servers to enable the service for you. A lot of effort was put into food-logging to make sure you have the facilities to easily scan bar codes, search for food items, change the serving type and amount and a visual appearance that is automatically familiar and easy to comprehend. We use FatSecret, USDA food databases and OpenFoodFacts as our food data sources for food searches. If you spend a bit of time on the App, you will find that there are a lot of capabilities to make things accessible and easy for you. You can search your food logs, click complex meals for details, update them and easily duplicate them. The quick-log button lets you find the most common foods that you log and everything in the App uses behavioral-intelligence to let you find what you are looking for with fewest clicks and the least amount of typing. You can click on most things to get help or more details and anywhere on the App, you can pinch and expand to zoom in and see any item that may be too small to see or read. The more you use the App, the smarter it gets. There are also workout routines, with videos showing how to perform them, along with tips for each exercise. You can also create a weekly workout schedule with details to keep you on track. At this point, the App is provided to you free-of-charge and we look forward to feedback from you to make the App better. We plan to always have a free version of the App available. FitLife4Me is your personal diary of your health with actionable insights.

  • It really helped me

I am 65 years old and in the best shape I have been in since my 20’s. I lost 20 pounds and gained muscle.

The APP makes it really easy to understand what you are eating and how that compares to what you are burning. It works really well with the Apple Watch and has great tools like the AI food analyzer that takes a photo of your meal and converts it to calories, fats, protein and carbs.

You don’t have to be an expert in nutrition. The App does it for you.

Give it a try, I have found it really useful.

  • Organized

I use this app everyday to track everything I eat and each workout I do! Super helpful for staying on a consistent diet and workout routine.
  • My new fav fitness app!

FitLife4Me is my new favorite way to document what I eat and keep track of my macros. The more you use it the faster the algorithm kicks in to show you your personal statistics. The best part is that it syncs to your smart watch and documents your daily activity so you don’t have to manually update it.
