Imagine paying $1000 for pedals and not being able to use them because they can’t code an app let let’s you sign in before crashing. TERRIBLEbowanum
New power pedals but not communicating
So I just bought my pedals and had it installed by the dealer. I got home and downloaded the app. I was super excited to get it connected and get it working. I have now tried to connect it 9x and still not connecting. Argh!!! I have been using Look pedals for many years and have been happy with them and then this happens. I hope I can get it resolved ASAP! Definitely not what I was expecting from this company.Show lessTAg12345
